Welcome to SnapBee. By using the SnapBee mobile application, website, or services, you agree to follow and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

SnapBee operates under the brand QuickBee. These terms apply to Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners using the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including login credentials.

SnapBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false information or misuse is detected.


3. Orders & Services

All orders placed through SnapBee are subject to vendor availability and serviceable delivery location.

Delivery time displayed in the app is an estimate and may vary due to:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Vendor delays
  • Technical issues

SnapBee is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.


4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed in the app are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed successfully for order confirmation.

SnapBee supports online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on availability.


5. Cancellations

Customers can cancel orders before vendors accept or prepare the order.

Once the order is confirmed or prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

Frequent cancellations or misuse may lead to account restrictions.


6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

  • Provide accurate product/service details
  • Maintain product quality
  • Deliver correct items
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations

SnapBee is not responsible for vendor product quality but will assist in resolving complaints.


7. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners must:

  • Deliver orders safely and on time
  • Maintain professional behavior
  • Follow traffic and safety regulations

SnapBee is not responsible for damages caused due to negligence of delivery partners.


8. Prohibited Activities

Users, vendors, or partners must not:

  • Provide false information
  • Perform fraudulent activities
  • Misuse the platform
  • Attempt to harm system security
  • Create fake orders

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.


9. Limitation of Liability

SnapBee is not liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Delays due to external reasons
  • Vendor product quality issues
  • Incorrect address provided by users
